100 pushups!

One of my New Year Resolution was to do 100 pushups at once.  I took a quick test and found that I can’t do more than 10 at once :). Well that was not a bad start. All I wanted was some steady program which will help me to reach my goal of 100 pushups. One of my colleague recommended me to check out a website  called 100 Pushups and their training program. I found it really interesting and decided to give it a try. I will be starting the program from 10th, Jan 2013 and will be posting the result of each week as part of my 2013 Goals posts series
